Endacopia minor characters — the side cast who actually matter

Endacopia names most of its cast once and moves on. That's why people keep searching for them — Henry, Tip, Wall Bank, the Bride, Boone, Catthew — to figure out which puzzle, route, or boss they tie back to. Here's the spoiler-light version.

Why "minor" isn't the same as "unimportant"

The game's marquee names — the mime girl, the Trapezist, the Freelance Surgeon — get the most fan art and the most discussion. But the route logic leans on the side cast. Wall Bank trades you a password for two cockroach coins. Catthew's hide-and-seek gives you the Fishing License that unlocks all 18 fish. Boone's mini-game is the only way to summon the Strongman. Tip is your combat tutorial and the one sign who actually talks back.

So the "minor characters" page is really a route-planner page. They're not background — they're puzzle nodes you keep stepping on. If you're getting stuck and can't remember a name, this list is where to start.

The house — Henry, Tip, Wall Bank, Clocky, Roger, the Bride

Henry

House · Chapter I antagonist / Chapter III boss

Yellow lizard wrapped in burlap, owner of the house. Tries to catch Mellow in the kitchen and the vent.

Searches spike because he's both a side character and an Escape-route final boss — different role in different chapters.

Tip

House · all routes

Wooden signpost with a face. Sassy, gives hints, teaches you the first combat lesson.

Everyone searches "tip endacopia" because the name is too generic to remember where it came from.

Wall Bank

House · Chapter I puzzle

Living piggy bank hidden behind Mellow's drawing. Trades two cockroach coins for the Cheshire password that opens the toilet portal.

"wall bank" is one of the game's oddest names — searchers want to know if it's a real thing.

Clocky

House hallway · Prologue boss

Hallway clock monster with razor claws. First combat tutorial — block, dodge, punch. Later rematch opens the Surgeon route.

Spelled both "Clocky" and "Clockey" in older threads. The rematch is the unlock for ending C.

Roger

Mirror · Chapter II

Mirror figure who receives the saw. Connected to Mellow's real name and the Stay ending.

Searches spike the moment people realise "Mellow" was never his real name.

The Bride

Basement · secret route

One of the game's clearest body-horror images. Connected to the Freelance Surgeon's basement chain.

Name is too short — "endacopia bride" gets hammered for spoiler-route hints.

Timesville — Catthew, Beartha, Boone, Boon, Paisley, Mirianne, Mr. Bear, Whiskers, Arthur, Charlie, Chloe

Catthew

Timesville · hide-and-seek

Red cat. Find all of him to unlock the Fishing License — which itself unlocks all 18 fish.

Pure progression gate. Searchers want the spawn points, not the lore.

Beartha

Timesville · PGD quest

Yellow bear. Her stolen PGD starts the Black Rose quest chain.

Same pattern as Catthew — puzzle chain gate.

Boone

Timesville · Blue Performer

Blue twin with a "Blue Boon" dialogue branch. The Boone room-exit softlock was fixed in patch 1.06.

Boone vs. Boon spelling trip — the community can't agree, so search traffic splits.

Boon

Timesville · Blue Performer

Boone's twin — same character model, alternate name used in older guides.

Same as Boone. Two names for one NPC.

Paisley

Timesville · owl

Owl in a clown outfit. Tells the story of Charlie and Chloe.

Searches spike around lore-focused streamers chasing the Charlie/Chloe subplot.

Mirianne

Timesville · mayor

Overworked monkey mayor of Timesville.

Spelling trips — "Miriane" / "Mirian" also turn up. One monkey, four spellings.

Mr. Bear

Timesville · bear NPC

Timesville bear NPC — companion to the Beartha quest chain.

Searches land here when people can't separate Mr. Bear (Timesville) from Beartha (PGD chain).

Whiskers

Timesville · Arthur's house

Fish-loving raccoon connected to Arthur's house and Timesville side events.

"endacopia whiskers" hits because the name is so generic people expect to forget it.

Arthur, Charlie, Chloe

Timesville · subplot

The trio Paisley references. The Charlie/Chloe half has more direct dialogue.

Names appear in subtitles and aren't immediately flagged — searchers want a recap.

Misery Town — Red Jester, Super-Saver, Sharpshooter, The Strongman, the circus one-scene figures

Red Jester

Misery Town · booth

Booth attendant. Moving him helps open the Trapezist route.

Search spikes when people realise the Trapezist route isn't gated by the Trapezist fight.

Super-Saver

All zones · save point

Smiling floppy-disk save point used in most zones. The game's mascot for "you can stop here."

Confused for a character by players who don't realise it's a save mechanic.

Sharpshooter

Misery Town · saloon

Runs the saloon duel. Affiliated with the Trapezist's circus.

One of the few named duelists — people want to know if defeating him unlocks anything.

The Strongman

Misery Town · post-Boone

Appears after completing Boone's game. Pure cosmetic reward, no dialogue.

Searchers want to know if it counts for any achievement — it doesn't, beyond The Yeti chain.

Big Mime, Three-Headed Juggler, Cat Jester Plushy, Chicken Ball, Cardboard Head, Tyler, the star with a face, the black cat, the bird inside an orange, the Digital Criminal, Scribbly, the Light Bulbs, the Desert

Misery Town · one-scene figures

The circus sideshow. Named once in dialogue or in a background file — the community wiki is still cataloguing them.

People search these by name the moment they appear in a screenshot, hoping to find any line of dialogue that explains them.

The Office — Andyland, the Computer Boss, the Underground Fighters

Andyland / Andy

The Office · post-ending

Developer cameo. Connected to The Yeti achievement and the Andyland secret ending.

Same spelling as the town's named resident (and the dev's handle, AndyL4nd) — search traffic is split three ways.

Computer Boss

The Office · Chapter II

Demonic goat-like program living inside Henry's computer. Fights you in a digital classroom.

One of the Surgeon's stranger creations — searchers want to confirm it's actually a boss, not a cutscene.

Underground Fighters

The Underground · hidden area

Three fighters who guard the hidden grey space beneath the game's world, decorated with images of The Bride.

The Underground is the only post-1.0 side area with its own fights — searchers want a checklist.

If you're stuck on a minor character's puzzle

  • Patch 1.06 fixed the Boone room-exit softlock. If you can't leave the room, restart on the latest version.
  • Catthew's hide-and-seek rewards stack — find all of him once and the Fishing License stays unlocked across saves.
  • Wall Bank's password is on the coins themselves — the two cockroach coins in the kitchen go straight to him.
  • The Bride appears only after you've completed enough of the Surgeon route — if she's not where guides say she is, you haven't unlocked that chain yet.
  • The Fandom wiki still has gaps — character entries get updated after each patch, so the sharpest single-line fact-checks live on Steam community threads for now.
