Can your PC run it?

In plain terms: the minimum spec is genuinely old hardware, and the recommended spec is mid-range from several generations ago. If your PC was bought any time in roughly the last eight years and has a half-decent graphics card, you're almost certainly fine. The GTX 670 / RX 570 minimum is very forgiving, and the DirectX 11 requirement means it runs on most Windows 10/11 rigs without trouble.

One caveat worth flagging: this is launch day, so real-world performance on the widest range of hardware is still settling.
