The definitive edition of Telltale's episodic noir thriller, released in episodes back in 2013. Set in Fabletown — where fairy-tale characters live secretly among humans in 1980s New York — you play Bigby Wolf, the Big Bad Wolf working as sheriff. A string of brutal murders pulls him into a conspiracy beneath the city's streets, and every interrogation, crime scene and hard choice has consequences.
The game was a landmark for Telltale: sharp writing, an unforgettable cast (Bigby, Snow White, Bloody Mary, the Jersey Devil) and a story-driven design that made choice the mechanic. It's based on DC's award-winning Fables comic series by Bill Willingham. The remaster keeps all five episodes, restores enhanced visuals and modern presentation, and adds the all-new Noir Mode — a striking black-and-white presentation switchable at any time.

Launching October 29, 2026 — announced with the release date trailer two days ago. Platforms: PC on both Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Switch. A physical release was confirmed via PM Studios, which is handling the boxed editions.
